Job Description:

We are looking for you, if you:

• are a product-oriented person & have experience with product management,
• have been working in complex team setups,
• know how to act under priority changes and unexpected situations in a team,
• are a person with high agency and focus on getting things done,
• are fluent in English and have very good communication skills,
• can adapt your way of working to rapidly changing requirements,
• have the ability to identify problems, analyze key information, and make connections in order to find appropriate solutions,
• hold an MSc in mathematics, informatics, physics, or similar,
• have experience with Azure DevOps,
• have a keen eye on innovation,
• possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
• have experience with the agile way of working.

Your responsibilities:

• manage risk on the services you provide,
• manage the delivery roadmap of the service,
• take ownership of the product backlog by creating user stories and features with business value identified on each item (Scrum),
• keep the stakeholders informed on the Product Roadmap and the progress of feature delivery,
• manage the implementation roadmap,
• participate in audits and other security processes,
• coordinate delivery with other squads.

Information about the squad:

Rule Writing Squad is a dynamic, continuously growing team whose main responsibility is monitoring trends, analyzing data & creating new rules to prevent fraud. In addition to that, the team creates new solutions and tools to enhance the Global Service cooperating on these efforts with other squads within and beyond our area. Our clients include various divisions of the ING Group, located in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Australia, and Romania.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Product Manager III”.
