Your role

Do you have a sound knowledge of investment funds? Do you have experience in managing projects and like to engage with various tasks and people at the same time? Do you want to help us to manage our growing business within UBS Asset Management?

We’re looking for a Product Manager to:

• Coordinate client projects independently front-to-back, such as investment fund lifecycle events (e.g. new share classes, new sub-portfolio, change of asset manager) with all stakeholders and the client. This includes project planning, communication and execution
• Support complex projects, such as the set-up of a new fund or mandate, their repositioning, merger or liquidation. Coordinate and manage a project stream or defined tasks such as operational implementation, depending on the project
• Act as point of contact for day-to-day inquiries related to third party investment funds and mandates from clients and client managers, providing high quality responses and solutions, both efficiently and effectively
• Manage recurring tasks with subject matter experts and stakeholders, such as reporting, distributions, budgeting
• Data management and maintenance required to manage our fund shelf
• Assume responsibility for timely completeness of processes and documentation, consistency and accuracy of data

Your team

You’ll be working in the White Labelling Solutions Implementation team of UBS Asset Management. Our team is located across Europe, responsible for managing third party investment funds and mandates across various fund domiciles. As Product Manager, youll work closely with all stakeholders and clients along the fund value chain to support product development and lifecycle management. UBS is one of the leading providers of White Labelling Solutions for traditional and alternative fund structures. For more than 20 years, we have been structuring, launching and administering wide range of investment funds for banks, regulated asset managers and institutional investors.

Your expertise

• 3+ years financial industry experience, ideally including investment funds
• project and product management experience
• fluent in English
• proactive self-starter with a keen eye for details
• strong willingness to learn on the job
• collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
• excellent communicator with interest in client service
