planning and aligning the product roadmap with business objectives, in line with target architecture and including technical or security-related enhancements
initiating and managing change initiatives or projects, planning and executing product releases, and overseeing formal sign-off processes
ensuring the secure and stable operation of the product in the production environment through appropriate testing and monitoring
managing the product budget and overseeing third-party service providers, including procurement and vendor relationship management
applying standard IT service management processes (e.g., incident, problem, and change management) using internal tools and platforms
leading quarterly service review meetings, reporting on service-level agreements, monitoring service quality, and identifying areas for improvement
requirements-expected :
fluency in business English
a university degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
familiarity with asset and investment management processes
strong customer orientation and communication skills, including the ability to present complex operational or architectural topics clearly
analytical thinking and experience with concept work related to complex IT and application environments
general knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, development, and technical architecture
goal-oriented approach and willingness to continuously learn
strong planning, organizational, negotiation, and mediation skills
