We are looking for a Product Manager for our Wallet Product: a multi-currency payments account and debit card. The product manager will be responsible for owning the full roadmap, managing cross-team dependencies (engineering, compliance, design, etc), and crafting a growth strategy to scale user adoption and retention in an eWallet (eMoney licensed).

You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.
Key Responsibilities: Develop wallet growth strategy via user segmentation (e.g., high-frequency spenders, savers, cross-border users); prioritize features like top-ups, multi-currency, and seamless integrations; analyze metrics (adoption, LTV, churn) using data dashboards and different analysis.
The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction.
You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.
You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market.

Core Experience Required: 5+ years in product management with hands-on work building or scaling consumer digital wallets (preferably in the fintech industry); deep knowledge of competing wallets and familiar with the regulatory compliance.
Understanding of payment rails (bank transfers, card networks, alternative payment methods), settlement processes, cross-border payments, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated success in improving wallets adoptions and optimizing metrics.
Direct experience negotiating with and managing relationships with wallet providers and banking partners.
Proven ability to handle roadmap dependencies, competitive analysis, A/B testing, and cross-functional leadership in fintech.
