Product Manager (eWallet)

Responsibilities

• Own the full roadmap for the Wallet Product (a multi‑currency payments account and debit card).
• Manage cross‑team dependencies (engineering, compliance, design, etc.) and craft a growth strategy to scale user adoption and retention in an eWallet (eMoney licensed).
• Develop wallet growth strategy via user segmentation, prioritize features such as top‑ups, multi‑currency, and seamless integrations, and analyze metrics (adoption, LTV, churn) using data dashboards.
• Focus on the customer by verifying intuition through research and monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Translate product vision into specific steps and tasks for the development team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as legal, risk, and marketing to launch the product on the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, hands‑on building or scaling consumer digital wallets (preferably in fintech).
• Deep knowledge of competing wallets, payment rails, settlement processes, cross‑border payments, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated success in improving wallet adoption and optimizing metrics.
• Experience negotiating and managing relationships with wallet providers and banking partners.
• Proven ability to handle roadmap dependencies, competitive analysis, A/B testing, and cross‑functional leadership in fintech.
• Prior background in investment features and multi‑currency accounts is a strong plus.
