Product Manager EndoEnergy – Johnson & Johnson MedTech

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the EndoMech and Energy product portfolios in the Czech Republic and Poland. The role bridges sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to deliver a compelling product roadmap, competitive positioning, and robust lifecycle management, with a focus on maximizing regional adoption and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and execute a roadmap for EndoMech and Energy products across the region.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on market insights, regulatory changes, and commercial objectives.
• Develop competitive positioning and go‑to‑market plans, leveraging market data to justify priorities.
• Drive product lifecycle management, including pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and product enhancements.
• Facilitate sales enablement and train sales teams on product value and positioning.
• Track performance, analyze key metrics, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in medical devices or a closely related field; experience with EndoMech or energy‑related product lines is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset; translate market data into actionable strategy and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English. Polish and/or Czech language proficiency highly desirable.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, budgeting, forecasting, and go‑to‑market processes.
• Experience with sales enablement tools (Showpad or similar), CRM systems, and basic data analysis tools.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
