Your responsibilities

Product Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute product strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and sustainable profitability.
Market Intelligence: Gather insights on trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine product roadmaps.
Technical Expertise: We critically need a specialist in starters, alternators, and automotive air conditioning systems for light vehicles and/or heavy-duty applications.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development, pricing strategies, and segmentation while driving continuous improvements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches.
Performance Analysis: Monitor profitability, market opportunities, and key KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
Customer Engagement: Support sales teams, attend industry events, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Our requirements

Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Management, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in product management within an international environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in starters, alternators, and automotive air conditioning systems.
Strategic & Financial Acumen: Understanding of pricing, profitability analysis, and strategic planning.
Languages: Fluent English
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); SAP knowledge is a plus.
Travel: Frequent travel required (car/air).
