You will be part of a small team of product managers that create solutions for the distribution automation market for critical infrastructure.

Automation, monitoring, and control are key to making the electrical grid smart and adapting for future needs on the journey to a fossil-free future.

You will be responsible for communication technology, which is a crucial block in the solution map.

The opportunity

1. Responsible for managing the entire product life cycle for certain product(s) (e.g., hardware, software, wireless, web products, etc.)
2. Research and analyze market conditions, and identify key consumer trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements.
3. Determine product features and functions, and oversee product development liaising with cross-functional teams.
4. Prepare product documents and support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
5. Use market feedback to evaluate product functionality and drive present/future product direction.

2. Contribute to a system approach for the distribution automation market.

4. Prioritize feature implementation to maximize market success.

Your background

1. 5+ years of experience in high technology domains.
2. Good understanding (preferably hands-on) of the whole SDLC.
3. Technically savvy, with a solid understanding of networking, wired and wireless (WiFi, but cellular in particular).
4. Very good communication skills, with fluent English.
5. Proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders including direct exposure to customers.
6. Basic understanding of IT/telecommunication cybersecurity aspects (technology, design, tradeoffs, etc.).
