Project Overview

The project focuses on the management and further development of a digital product. The role covers end-to-end product lifecycle ownership, including defining and executing product strategy, building and maintaining the product roadmap, managing the backlog, and defining as well as monitoring OKRs and KPIs.

The Product Manager will work closely with Scrum teams to deliver value in iterative cycles, analyze user and business data to support decision-making, and coordinate market launches in cooperation with Marketing and Sales. The position requires strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to product development.

Employment Details

  • Employment type: Employment contract (fixed-term, approx. 15 months).
  • Salary: 20,000–24,000 PLN gross (UoP).
  • Recruitment process: HR interview → Technical interview.
  • Work model: Hybrid (office/remote).
  • Office location: Warsaw, near Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station.



  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar Product Manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing digital products.
  • Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience in defining, tracking, and optimizing KPIs and OKRs.
  • Ability to create and communicate a long-term product roadmap.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Jira Discovery, and Confluence.
  • Technical understanding of digital products, including differences between native iOS and Android applications.
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written).

Key minimum: Product management experience + Scrum + KPI/OKR ownership + Jira.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of sales and customer service processes.
  • Knowledge of digital communication trends in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience with Product Discovery and/or Design Thinking approaches.
