This role works as part of a team who demonstrate technical mastery including analysis and development of solutions in support of the Data & Analytics outcomes. Development, testing, validation, deployment, performance, operational continuous support and improvement of established SaaS analytics solutions in a multi-cloud environment is the primary focus of this position.
The role manages complexity across geographies and broader Supply Chain Business Process domains (and supply chain planning in particular) using a broad set of technologies.
This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of Data & Analytics Products using AGILE DevOps methodology identifying, prioritizing, and realizing high-value opportunities to improve Value from Use Cases.
responsibilities :
Support Director for Product Management in shaping overall product vision and strategy, product design then delivering to realization
Accountable for ensuring Planning Analytics outcomes are continually improved such that product and service offerings stay aligned with changing business needs and strategic objectives
Performing line management of product squads operating within an AGILE methodology
Defining product roadmaps, epics, features and user stories to maximize acceleration of Value from hypothesis through experimental outcome to industrialization
Working with team members to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to
Taking responsibility for the quality of the managed products & services
Interacting with stakeholders as necessary to clarify requirements and agree priorities
Review project team solution designs to ensure technical alignment & consistency against predefined target architecture and established standards
Work in partnership with third party suppliers to formulate and execute delivery of customer-focused Product & Services
Assist in developing standards for service solutions as key components of the overall Data & Analytics strategy
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s in Data or Computer Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent technical field
3+ years of Product Management experience within a cloud environment 2 of which managing day-to-day operations
Previous experience working under a mature Quality Management System (QMS), ideally within the Pharmaceutical or a regulated industry
Experience working together with partners across multicultural global organization (English language skills required to be proficient in speaking and writing)
