Overview

As Product Manager for Conversational and Generative AI, you will strategically manage the global product lifecycle of ChatGPT. Your mission is to evolve this foothold into a mature, value‑driving Generative AI platform that accelerates project delivery, knowledge creation, and innovation across the firm. You will serve as the primary business owner for ChatGPT, partnering with corporate functions and external vendors (e.g., OpenAI) to deliver impactful, compliant, and cutting-edge GenAI solutions that empower Simon-Kucher consulting and corporate function teams globally. In addition, you will drive the assessment for our internal knowledge management chatbot and own its product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and iterate the Conversational and GenAI strategy and OKRs, with current focus on ChatGPT and Chatbots.
• Prioritize, launch and scale new ChatGPT features for 2000+ users based on impact, effort, and risk.
• Align security and compliance guardrails with Legal & Compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships (e.g., with OpenAI), license pool & costs.
• Serve as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for ChatGPT and the internal chatbot.
• Align with business stakeholders and closely collaborate with consulting Partners, Directors, and Central Functions.
• Champion adoption through internal communications and hackathons.
• Track and continuously improve KPIs for user adoption.
• Collaborate with Learning & Skill Development (HR) to ensure effective user training, adoption, and change management.
• Own the ChatGPT administrative environment and ensure robust production deployment of CustomGPTs, APIs and Agents.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 4–7+ years in product management roles, particularly managing SaaS or AI-based solutions.
• Track record of translating complex technical concepts into business impact for diverse, non-technical audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English (native or at least C1).
• Conducted at least one global rollout of a SaaS solution for at least 1k+ users.
