Job Overview
At Relativity, we make software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.
We’re looking for a strategic and technically minded Product Manager to lead our shift from legacy systems to a modern, cloud-native infrastructure. Youll drive cloud migration and engineering automation by delivering internal products that eliminate friction, boost developer productivity, and accelerate innovation.
As part of our Infrastructure Enablement group, you’ll own the lifecycle of tools and platforms that empower engineers to build scalable, efficient software. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of infrastructure, developer experience, and platform thinking - perfect for someone who thrives on enabling others to move faster with confidence.
Job Description And Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for internal tools supporting cloud-native transformation, CI/CD, and developer self-service.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams to identify inefficiencies and deliver practical, scalable improvements.
- Prioritize work based on business impact and technical feasibility, manage the backlog accordingly, and make trade-offs when needed.
- Lead product discovery, workshops, and technical sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Define clear success metrics, track progress, and iterate based on data insights and feedback.
- Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions clearly across teams and leadership.
- Ensure product decisions are aligned with overall engineering and platform goals.
- Support delivery by coordinating dependencies, removing blockers, and staying close to execution.
- Cultivate a strong developer community by continuously engaging with engineers, surfacing inner-sourced ideas, and turning their feedback into meaningful improvements that enhance the developer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or DevOps tooling.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to lead internal platform products from requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous improvement, in close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Technical acumen to engage confidently in conversations about cloud architecture, CI/CD, and developer productivity tooling.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and building products that support internal developer workflows.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable with product analytics, able to perform hands-on data analysis to set goals, validate assumptions, and measure success.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align across multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud migration programs, DevOps pipelines, or Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Backstage.
- Background in software engineering, system design, or platform teams.
