What exactly will you own?

LiveKid platform has two faces:

  • daycare module used by directors, teachers (both mobile app and web app)
  • parent module used by parents (mostly mobile app)

You will own the daycare module, in all geographies with the biggest focus on the Polish market.


In this role, you will be: 

  • Listening our customers, listening our customers and… listening our customers
  • Translating business and customers needs into product solutions
  • Manage the core product life cycle of the app: from ideation, discovery, design & collaboration with engineering to release.
  • Thinking through product changes in the context of current product, external requirements (like compliance/regulations), and technical limitations
  • Preparing detailed user stories and other necessary product inputs (e.g., UI wireframes)
  • Making or endorsing product decisions during the development process
  • Monitoring development progress to ensure alignment with product goals
  • Solving product-related issues as they arise from the technical realm
  • Collaborating with developers, designers, customer success, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth product development
  • Maintaining and updating deliverables’ acceptance criteria as new information emerges
  • Accepting or rejecting deliverables based on the predefined criteria
  • Shaping and writing our product documentation


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, vSaaS and/or EdTech
  • Solid experience with product management at complex b2b platforms (CRMs, ERPs)
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices
  • Exceptional self-organization skills
  • Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines consistently
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven decision-making experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
  • English professional working proficiency
