We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Track and analyze key product metrics to monitor performance and ensure smooth operation; analyze player funnels and user behavior to understand engagement and drop-off points; research competitors and industry trends to identify new product opportunities; conduct user and data research to inform product decisions; identify and validate hypotheses aimed at improving user experience, retention and business outcomes; implement product changes, design and run experiments, and evaluate results; utilize configuration settings and CRM capabilities to enhance user engagement and performance metrics; gather and structure product requirements, write specs and user stories; contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization; collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, development, content and other cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze player funnels and user behavior to understand engagement and drop‑off points
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify new product opportunities
• Conduct user and data research to inform product decisions
• Identify and validate hypotheses aimed at improving user experience, retention and business outcomes
• Implement product changes, design and run experiments, and evaluate results
• Utilize configuration settings and CRM capabilities to enhance user engagement and performance metrics
• Gather and structure product requirements, write specs and user stories
• Contribute to product roadmap planning and prioritization
• Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, development, content and other cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming industry
• Experience in conversion rate optimization and funnel improvement
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to build data‑based hypotheses
• Deep understanding of user motivation and decision‑making behavior
• Knowledge of UX fundamentals and ability to identify and solve user pain points
