Role Responsibilities

• Craft and shape product strategy and portfolio that impacts and is shaped by cloud transformation with numerous stakeholders and a cohesive roadmap covering product, technology and adoption.
• Communicate product vision roadmap to internal & external stakeholders, senior leaders, and customers of varying technical levels.
• Lead with data‑driven approach using qualitative and quantitative data from user, customer, market, competitive insights to articulate vision, identify new opportunities and gain buy‑in.
• Manage via Objectives and Key Results and leading indicators of product health, driving tactics based on portfolio metrics.
• Discover and understand internal engineering and external customer needs to super‑power productivity in build, test, deployment and release workflows.
• Advocate best practices for feature management, experimentation, releases, cloud development and testing.
• Own portfolio operations: create and revise roadmaps, scope and prioritize issues/tickets, and deliver outcomes to customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile.
• Familiarity with automation tools and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
• Ability to reduce bottlenecks by automating manual processes.
• Comfort with data and ability to analyze product health metrics.
• Curiosity about complex problems, systems, and interactions.
• Team player proven to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery.
• Strong tactical execution handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Championing incentive‑based adoption strategies for features and platform capabilities.
• Focus on details while keeping strategy aligned to big picture objectives.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, written and verbal.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management building custom software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design or comparable work experience.

Salary Range

208 000 – 312 000 PLN
