About the role

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with fellow product managers and cross-functional teams to support the full product lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and contribute to impactful projects that drive business growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Product Support - Assist in the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company’s goals. Support the validation and launch of new products, driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, and marketing, to manage successful product launches. Lead Agile teams, contributing to team process improvements and product development efforts.
  • Process Improvement - Support process improvements and the implementation of best practices in product development, including Agile methodologies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
  • Market Research - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze data to support product decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Product Roadmap - Assist in maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Help manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release.
  • Customer Engagement - Contribute to the development of innovative features and functionalities that drive customer engagement. Collect and analyze feedback to support continuous product improvement.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field. Experience in fintech, software, or finance is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams. Experience working in Jira or similar project management tools is critical.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools. Passionate about working closely with engineering/design/QA teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • English level at least B2.
