What you’ll do

Driving key metrics: revenue from the feature, user retention, and engagement. Formulating and validating product hypotheses, conducting A/B tests. Analyzing content and improving AI generation quality. Developing the product’s pricing strategy. Building efficient organizational processes.

What we expect from you

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong product mindset—systematic thinking and a focus on metric growth.
• Understanding of how LLMs operate in production environments.
• Knowledge of product metrics: LTV, retention, engagement, and chat usage metrics.
• Basic proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with Figma for effective collaboration with designers and prototyping.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI or B2C products, with a focus on retention metrics and increasing user engagement.
