As the Product Manager, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle, working closely and collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. Together, we will define and launch products that align with the company’s strategic goals.  


Your primary focus will be identifying market needs, driving product vision, and ensuring that the product meets user expectations. This role requires technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

What you will be doing: 

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities. 
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines priorities, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely and successful product launches. 
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to transform customer needs into product features and deliverables. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis and gather user feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring the product meets customer needs and stays ahead of market trends. 
  • Track product performance through data analysis, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize product features and user experience. • Balance competing priorities, manage trade-offs, and make informed decisions to maximize the product’s impact and business value. 


What we expect from you to have: 

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a technology or software environment.
  • Strong understanding of modern web design and technologies. 
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-level. Both in English and Polish. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success. 
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex product challenges, balancing business and technical priorities.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of startup environments, including rapid iteration, pivoting strategies, and resource constraints. 
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that provide an exceptional user experience. 
  • Due to formal requirements, we require the candidate to be already located in Poland or have citizenship of a European Union Country, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland.

Salary: Salary: starting from 18k net to 25k net B2B or employment contract

Recruitment process:

2. Meet our HR Team (30-45 minutes)  

  • You can expect a discussion about the role, company culture, team structure and about your background, experience, successes in similar roles.

3. Technical interview (1-1.5h) 

  • You can expect a deep dive into your experience in building product roadmpas, prioritzation, creating MVPs, leading product lifecylde (from concept to launch) and solving customer pain points.  

4. Panel discussion: Product Management Case study (1-2h) 

  • You will be asked to prepare a presentation that highlights your overall experience in product management. The presentation will showcase your experience in using market research and customer feedback to guide product decisions in collaboration with other teams. Also how you build and execute product roadmap, handling product priortization, trade-offs, feasibility and costs. 

5. Final decision. Final offer and negotiations.
