We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the management of our consumer electronics portfolio. You will be responsible for end-to-end product management, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. Product Manager

Your responsibilities:

1. Managing the entire product lifecycle in consumer electronics,
2. Developing and implementing product strategies and action plans for sales team,
3. Conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis for different electronic devices,
4. Monitoring performance metrics and analyzing results,
5. Forecasting sales and ensuring target achievements,
6. Leading the introduction of new products and improvements,
7. Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams,
8. Preparing reports, presentations, and supply chain documentation,
9. Planning and controlling product purchases for the Polish market,
10. Setting pricing strategies and monitoring pricing for the sales department,
11. Conducting inventory analyses and optimizing product rotation,
12. Organizing and leading presentations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.

We require:

1. Education: Preferably a Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years in product management, ideally in the consumer electronics industry;
3. Experience in consumer electronics, smart home devices, or similar sectors;
4. Background in sales, distribution, procurement, or product management;
5. Familiarity with working in manufacturers, retailers, or distribution networks from Asia;
6. Languages: Proficient in English (C1 level), proficiency in Polish is not mandatory; Knowledge of Chinese or Russian is an asset;
7. Skills: Analytical mindset with market/customer insight capabilities;
8. Strong proficiency with analytical tools;
9. Real interest in technology and modern gadgets;
10. Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
11. Strong communication and negotiation skills;
12. Flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail;
13. Team collaboration and organizational skills;
14. Proactive and assertive approach to daily challenges.
