We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the management of our consumer electronics portfolio. You will be responsible for end-to-end product management, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals. Product Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the entire product lifecycle in consumer electronics,
- Developing and implementing product strategies and action plans for sales team,
- Conducting in-depth market and competitor analysis for different electronic devices,
- Monitoring performance metrics and analyzing results,
- Forecasting sales and ensuring target achievements,
- Leading the introduction of new products and improvements,
- Coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams,
- Preparing reports, presentations, and supply chain documentation,
- Planning and controlling product purchases for the Polish market,
- Setting pricing strategies and monitoring pricing for the sales department,
- Conducting inventory analyses and optimizing product rotation,
- Organizing and leading presentations, training sessions, and workshops for clients.
We require:
- Education: Preferably a Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in product management, ideally in the consumer electronics industry,
- Experience in consumer electronics, smart home devices, or similar sectors,
- Background in sales, distribution, procurement, or product management,
- Familiarity with working in manufacturers, retailers, or distribution networks from Asia;
- Languages:
- Proficient in English (C1 level),o Proficiency in Polish is not mandatory,
- Knowledge of Chinese, or Russian is an asset;
- Skills:
- Analytical mindset with market/customer insight capabilities,
- Strong proficiency with analytical tools
- Real interest in technology and modern gadgets,
- Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint),
- Strong communication and negotiation skills,
- Flexibility, creativity, and attention to detail,
- Team collaboration and organizational skills,
- Proactive and assertive approach to daily challenges.

- Base salary ca. 10,000 PLN, plus attractive bonuses based on engagement and performance (2,000–4,000 PLN/month),

Recruitment Process
