Do you have significant proven working experience as a Product Manager using Agile methodology?

We are looking for a passionate, innovative, creative, and results-driven, multi-disciplinary Product Manager for the Cross domain Customer experience squad team. You will lead the ideation and development of features to improve customer journeys, customer experience, and usability across all 888WH core domains.

What you will be doing:

1. Working closely with business owners, product colleges, and stakeholders to identify needs and gather requirements. You’ll be responsible for the customer experience product’s roadmap and vision.
2. Collaborating with Customer Research, Design, and Data to analyze customer requirements and align them with strategic business goals, planning effective user experiences along with UX/UI designers.
3. Defining high-level business requirements and analyzing the business value of new features while prioritizing features and work plans derived from business cases.
4. Leading product aspects across all product phases.
5. Writing detailed requirements and working hand in hand with Product Owners, who are responsible for the scrum team backlog, to bring features to life.
6. Collaborating fully with different organizational units (marketing, R&D, UX/UI designers, BI, and more).
7. Taking initiatives, problem statements, or feature requests and breaking them down into actionable pieces of work that bring the most value and align with the strategy.
8. Acting as the primary liaison between all stakeholders, teams, and departments. Throughout the whole product life cycle, you will ensure clarity of the latest updates on the product, removal of blockers, and tracking of business deliverable commitments.

Who we are looking for:

1. Proven working experience as a Product Manager using agile methodology, with experience in Internet and mobile technologies.
2. Great communication skills, with experience working with numerous interfaces and matrix management.
3. Business-oriented, data-driven with high analytical skills while being creative, original, and demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking.
4. Independent working abilities with the capability to drive processes; you’ll be proactive, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.
5. Knowledgeable in the world of gaming, B2C, and core products.
