Requirements: - Excellent leadership skills
- Experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within the IT or technology space, with a proven record of successful product launches on time and within budget
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience in product roadmap creation and stakeholder negotiations with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record using agile methodologies in driving product development processes
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience collaborating with design and UX teams
- Experience in business analysis with the ability to identify solutions to conflicting requirements or challenges
- Excellent project management skills
Responsibilities: - Take ownership of product initiatives from concept to launch and post-release management
- Shape the strategic direction of our case management applications and software development functions
- Define product vision and align roadmaps with organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external development partners to ensure solutions meet organizational needs
- Lead a talented team including a Senior Product Owner and Lead Developer
- Deliver high-quality, user-focused outcomes and provide regular reports to senior leadership
