About the role

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and fellow product managers to support the full product lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful products in an early stage, in order to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Roadmap execution — Work with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to ensure effective and frequent product development and delivery. Autonomously manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release.
• Product strategy — Fully own the roadmap of your product, ensuring alignment with customer needs, internal stakeholder feedback, and business objectives. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements and enhancements.
• Customer engagement — Contribute to the development of innovative features and functionalities that drive customer engagement. Collect and analyze feedback to support continuous product improvement.
• Market research — Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends. Gather and analyze data to support product decisions and feature prioritization.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in an early-stage startup environment. Experience building fintech or finance products is a plus.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams. Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is critical.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and justify product and prioritization decisions clearly and logically.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
