responsibilities :

end-to-end ownership of a product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery
gathering and documenting product requirements from internal teams, stakeholders, and market inputs
collaborating with design, product and development teams to define how features should work and look
making decisions about priorities, feature scope, and iterative release planning
translating high-level ideas and needs into actionable user stories and epics
coordinating the product roadmap, timelines, and delivery milestones
tracking progress and delivery pace; ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines
identifying and mitigating risks and blockers
managing product and business documentation in Notion and Jira
maintaining project structure and clarity in Jira (task management, labeling, backlog hygiene)
leading and facilitating internal meetings (e.g. daily, refinement, retrospectives, internal syncs, post-mortem, handovers and demos)
supporting initiatives for product growth, scalability, and strategic alignment across the company

requirements-expected :

minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role within a product/software development environment
experience working with B2B (Business-to-Business) products is mandatory, experience with enterprise-class products is a strong plus
availability to start work no later than January 1, 2026
excellent communication skills - in both English (for client communication, documentation, and Jira) and in Polish (for team collaboration)
ability to maintain good relations with all parties involved in development and growth of the product
excellent skills in gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirements
strong project and process management skills, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies
very good organizational skills and attention to detail,
a strong drive to keep learning and openness to new challenges
ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
goal-oriented and positive attitude, with a ownership-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving
