Our e‑discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects. The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager with a background in product lifecycle and agile practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for participating and leading both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goal. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design and development, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success. Focused on workspace lifecycle management, you will help deliver solutions that enable customers to get started and finish projects in Relativity quickly and efficiently. You’ll build strong customer relationships to validate our approach and ensure we’re solving the right problems. Working closely with designers and engineers, you’ll contribute to intuitive user experiences that reduce friction and accelerate time to insight. The role requires balancing the needs of customers and internal stakeholders, while actively contributing to and executing a forward‑looking vision for workspace lifecycle management.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 208 000 and 312 000 PLN.
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidates depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
