The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager to join a dynamic team focused on solving customer challenges using advanced Generative AI/LLM technology combined with the desire to build a best-in-class user experience. The candidate should have a background in product lifecycle and agile practices, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for participating and leading both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goal. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design, development, and applied science, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success.

Focused on our Case Strategy portfolio, you will be responsible for helping create creative solutions to deliver intuitive and impactful ways to help customers build out their case narratives, identifying and analyzing key aspects of a case, and generating critical work product. You will build strong customer relationships to validate our solutions are solving the right problems. You will help lead a team of skilled designers and engineers focused on creating exceptional user experiences and actualizing the project goals.

  • Understands the product. Speaks to our technical implementation in a way that internal stakeholders and clients can understand.
  • Works closely with Product Leads to help build a strategy and goals for their product(s).
  • Utilize deep user, market, competitive knowledge and data to articulate clear long-term product vision.
  • Communicate product vision and achieve buy-in from Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
  • Justify Roadmaps with both qualitative and quantitative data evidence.
  • Able to set leading indicators of product health and project success; drives tactics based on insights from portfolio metrics and reporting.
  • Lead research and proposals to drive build/buy/partner decisions.
  • Engage in exploratory technical design that validates hypotheses and proposed solutions.
  • Regularly communicate product roadmap value to internal and external customers, with the ability to speak in-depth technically and from a business point of view.
  • Thinks outside the box to develop solutions customers haven’t even considered. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for getting results. Responsible for developing plans to drive expected outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with technical design and development to validate direction and solution.
  • Work with product marketing on go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage thoughtful scoping and prioritization while motivating through conflict and change.
  • Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication.
  • Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events.
  • Successfully build consensus and influence others without authority during day-to-day operations.
  • In the spirit of continuous improvement, provide high quality, direct feedback to peers on both core values and work product.

Your Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
  • Experience in developing products with generative AI integration.
  • Experience in SaaS or Cloud-based technologies.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile.
  • Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.
  • You are excited and curious about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions.
  • A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery.
  • You focus on the details, but focus your strategy on the big picture objectives.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between 208000 and 312000 PLN.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidates depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
