  • For our Danish Client we are looking for Product Manager.
  • Hybrid model: 4 days from home / 1 day from office in Warsaw.

responsibilities :


  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI assistance app.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and support teams.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams (Data Scientists, Developers) and business stakeholders.
  • Manage product backlog, create user stories, and ensure clarity for development teams.
  • Lead an international AI team (application developers, data scientists, ML Ops engineers) in executing the product roadmap
  • Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies, including backlog refinement (leading) and Sprint review meetings
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions involving AWS LLMs.
  • Monitor ongoing product performance, gather user feedback, and prioritize enhancements.
  • Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of new AI features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and IT operations to ensure smooth integration and adoption of solutions
  • Stay informed about emerging AI and LLM developments to incorporate new capabilities into the product.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and strategic direction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, quality standards, and security requirements.

requirements-expected :


  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager (5+ years), or similar role, preferably within AI (3+ years), SaaS, or support solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly large language models and LLM-based products.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly features.
  • Experience working with AWS services related to LLMs (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Background in customer support, ServiceDesk, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Technical background or experience working with Data Scientists and engineers (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across time zones (especially CET, IST)
  • Experience in working with international, multicultural teams
