What you will be doing

  • Creating and implementing product strategy based on market analysis, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Developing and managing the roadmap, based on continuous prioritization of product development.
  • Defining and documenting product requirements (user stories, functional specifications), which serve as the basis for teams to execute the product development plan.
  • Close collaboration with development, UX/UI, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launch.
  • Tracking key product metrics, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions to optimize the product.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adapt the direction of product development to the changing environment.
  • Effective communication regarding product development with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Responsibility for the product lifecycle, outlining long‑term goals, growth opportunities and strategic positioning for success in the market.
  • Defining product features according to customer needs, market standards, internal research.
  • Becoming the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.

We are looking for individuals with

  • 2‑3 years of proven experience in product management, product ownership, project management, or operations roles within a technology‑driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop data‑driven solutions
  • Practical knowledge of at least one of the following: email/mobile marketing, eCommerce, SaaS development
  • Product Management, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal; strong presentation skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills; Agile methodology
  • Solid understanding of MarTech market, technology, and digital marketing concepts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
