Obowiązki

• Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to understand client needs and preferences, leveraging data and analytics for actionable insights
• Product Enhancement: Drive innovation and business growth by developing and implementing product features and solutions that enhance client experience
• Agile Transformation: Champion agile principles and methodologies to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and adaptability within the organization
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term strategy, defining product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate direct interaction with internal stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment for successful product delivery

Wymagania

• Overall, 2 to 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager or a Business Analyst in technology product
• Delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)
• Ability to break business or technical problems into bite-sized user stories that can be mapped to a technology platform solution
• Delivery of complex technology products to clients, ideally within the financial services industry
• Experience in financial reference data – Client and Book static – would be beneficial
• Experience in product lifecycle management- creating a product backlog, feature management, etc
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical experience with software or tools such as GitLab, SharePoint, SQL
• Microsoft Azure cloud fundamentals knowledge is desirable
