responsibilities :
Act as a link between business operations and technical teams, such as integration and development team.
Collaborate with stakeholders & customers to understand business needs & translate business needs into technical requirements.
Analyse new requirements and prepare detailed requirements specifications for upcoming developments.
Define and document test cases & scenarios.
Conduct thorough quality assurance testing.
Collaborate with development teams by answering questions, testing, and documenting.
requirements-expected :
Solid experience in procurement, accounting, finances processes within ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite or Dynamics 365 Business Central)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent ability to translate business needs into clear, logically structured requirements.
Ability to dive into details, find solutions and solve problems
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with both customers as well as developers.
Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues, with a proactive approach to obtaining feedback on new features.
Self-motivated and independent, capable of driving activities without constant oversight.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
