responsibilities :
Supporting the product owner in engaging customers and stakeholders
Running customer forums and presenting updates on product developments
Aligning and communicating product roadmaps to users
Collaborating with business analysts to set up and run pilots for new features
Communicating new features and updates to customers effectively
Testing processes and ensuring customer-centric approaches in new work and transitions
Producing status reports, RAID updates, and supporting Steering Committee presentations
Supporting product planning, prioritisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Championing the use of data and metrics to understand customer behaviour
