Job Description:

Key accountabilities:

1. Support customer site set-up in terms of special tools, consignment stock, ...
2. Supervise PI logistic/materials in Alstom manufacturing site with regards to consignment stock availability, delivery and repair loop (including over warranty lifetime)
3. Coordinate & supervise stock and logistics costs
4. Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
5. Support field modification preparation with material, tools, documentation
6. Ensure compliance to standard processes (ISO, EHS) for PI Support teams
7. Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
8. Support PI Supplier Performance Managers in back-charging process with ensuring relevant PI documentation

Educational Requirements:

1. (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial
2. Internal EHS training

Experience:

1. Several years of technical experience, mechanical or electrical / electronics
2. Field Experience
3. Project Execution (technical/industrial/Procurement/Supply Chain)
4. Installation and Test & Commissioning team
5. Team management
6. General Railway and Product knowledge
7. Railway safety
8. EHS knowledge and exposure
9. Customer contact
