Product Insights Manager (Mobile app focused)
Overview
As a Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will act as a strategic bridge between marketing, product, analytics, and UX/UI teams. Your mission: to optimize Autohero customer experience with a focus on the mobile app user journey, ensuring every touchpoint—from acquisition to onboarding, engagement, and conversion—is seamless and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Drive optimization and growth ideas based on data to provide the best customer experience throughout the conversion path with a focus on the Autohero mobile app user journey.
- Define new features and functionality in A/B tests in close collaboration with Customer Journey Analysts, Product Managers and the Design Team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey of the designated area using Google Analytics and other internal tracking tools.
- Take responsibility for projects from ideation to launch, ensuring an optimal user experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- CRO Technical & Analytical Expertise: hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization in e-commerce, including mobile applications. Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Firebase).
- Data-Driven and Analytical: ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into strategies; experienced with A/B and multivariate testing and building an experimentation roadmap.
- Strategic Thinker: focus on impact and ROI; ability to translate data into actionable strategies; strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: meticulous in experiments, QA, documenting results; capable of juggling multiple projects.
- Collaborative Communicator: effective in cross-functional teamwork with product, design, development, and marketing; able to communicate complex ideas and gain buy-in.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English. Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a strong plus.
