Join Haleon as a Product Expert in finance and lead the implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of finance solutions across our enterprise. You’ll align with Finance business priorities within the Plan, Budget & Controlling value stream to deliver maximum value for money. Be part of a dynamic team driving enterprise-wide finance solutions at Haleon, where innovation meets excellence.

Role responsibilities:

1. Define product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives.
2. Prioritize and plan product roadmaps with stakeholders.
3. Deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
4. Measure success using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
5. Manage product finances, operations, compliance, and vendor relationships.
6. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user-centric product design.
7. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and service providers.

Role requirements:

1. 5+ years with Trintech Cadency, ReconNet, and ERP financial data (SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
2. Proven experience in solution design, Agile/waterfall delivery, and project management.
3. Strong understanding of management accounting processes and data analytics.
4. Experience managing SaaS products and diverse, global teams.
