About This Role
We are looking for a new Product Expert – an enthusiastic, open, and communicative professional who enjoys solving challenges, working with customers, and maintaining high standards in technical service. A person who thrives in a dynamic environment and approaches tasks with loyalty and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the technical performance of Reverse Vending Systems (RVS) and their digital integrations.
- Act as ambassador between customer requests related to digital integration and API solutions. Programming skills are not required but welcome.
- Manage the RVS install base, monitoring performance and reliability of the equipment along with their digital integrations.
- Define standards and check‑lists for machine commissioning.
- Collaborate with a network of technical product experts, contributing knowledge and expertise to projects across the Business Unit.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd‑level technical support to technicians and customers.
- Participate in projects that enhance the Business Unit’s success.
- Act as a professional representative of TOMRA to customers, embodying our values and commitment to quality.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent education in electrical engineering, or IT sector.
- Experience and interest in data analytics and data reporting (e.g., SQL, PowerBI).
- Strong interest and broad experience across IT related topics such as network setup, operating systems, basic programming, APIs.
- Analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
- Team‑leading experience is an advantage.
- Fluent Polish and very good English communication skills (ability to read technical documentation in English).
