• Participate in customer meetings with Sales / Product teams and act as a post-sales technical owner
• Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications and engineering tasks and lead all technical clarification with the customer before product specification approval
• Ensure compliance with battery safety regulations, standards, and formal requirements
• Evaluate feasibility, constraints, and risks of customer requests
• Lead and overview the whole process of designing and improving battery system concepts
• Prepare, review, and approve product specifications before engineering execution, including technical calculations
• Coordinate sample preparation, shipment, and customer feedback collection
• Maintain technical documentation and support standardization processes

Our requirements

• 3+ years of experience in battery systems development
• Strong understanding of battery safety regulations, standards and compliance requirements
• Technical degree (electrical engineering, product development, mechatronics, etc)
• Experience explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders or customers
• Ability to convert customer input into structured engineering tasks
• Strong professional English
