Operational Project Management in Product Development: Responsible project management and/or active participation in national and international product development projects within the TRILUX Group – from project initiation to successful start of series production.
Project Planning and Control: Planning, execution, monitoring, and control of development projects with regard to deadlines, costs, quality, and resources. Preparation and maintenance of project plans including milestones, work packages, and resource requirements.
Progress and Results Tracking: Monitoring project progress and ensuring goal attainment based on defined project objectives and KPIs. Identification of risks, deviations, and potential improvements during the course of the project.
Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with interdisciplinary departments such as development, procurement, production, quality, product management , marketing, and sales, as well as external partner – across locations and countries.
KPI Tracking and Reporting: Participation in defining project-related KPIs and regular reporting to project sponsors, management, and relevant stakeholders. Preparation of decision-making documents.
Communication and Moderation: Preparation, facilitation, and moderation of project meetings and workshops to ensure efficient project coordination and transparent communication.
Deviation Management and Escalation: Early detection of deviations from plans and initiation of appropriate corrective measures within the area of responsibility. Timely escalation of risks and problems according to the defined escalation model.
Collaboration with the Global PMO: Application of group-wide project management standards, methods, and processes (classic, agile, or hybrid) in product development. Active professional exchange with the global PMO and participation in the continuous development of project management processes.

Qualification: Completed university of applied sciences degree in industrial engineering, engineering sciences, or a comparable qualification with business and technical understanding.
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in product development or in a technology- or industry-oriented environment.
Project Management Competence: Experience with classical, agile, and hybrid project management methods. Project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level D/C, Prince2, Scrum) is an advantage.
Working Style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with high organizational and implementation skills.
Communication Skills: Confident appearance as well as strong communication and moderation skills in interdisciplinary and international project teams.
IT and Tool Skills: Confident use of MS Office (O365), MS Project, and common project management tools.
Language Skills: Very good Polish and English language skills, both written and spoken. German skills are desirable but not mandatory.
Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel for projects (approx. 5–15%), depending on project phase and requirements (e.g., for workshops, coordination, and milestone meetings at national and international TRILUX locations).
