WHAT WE DO
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences.
- Craft UX/UI designs that bring product and experience strategies to life across digital touchpoints.
- Lead end‑to‑end design work – from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
- Run usability testing, distill insights, and iterate designs with speed and purpose.
- Facilitate design sprints, and co‑creation sessions to uncover insights and align teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate within multi‑disciplinary project teams, shaping both design direction and overall engagement outcomes.
- Nurture our creative culture through critiques, inspiration sessions, and team rituals, exploring innovative concepts while balancing client and project constraints.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED
- 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer for mid‑junior roles, and 4+ years for mid‑senior roles.
- Strong UX/UI competencies supported by solid problem‑solving skills. Deep understanding of digital product design principles, including UI patterns, accessibility standards, and usability heuristics.
- Proven ability to create prototypes at various levels of fidelity (lo‑fi to hi‑fi).
- Experience working with design systems.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, FigJam/Mural/Miro (or similar).
- Confidence and experience presenting design work to diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executive‑level audiences.
- Fluency in English (C1–C2) and Polish (B2).
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
- Interest in Gen AI and staying up to date with trends – our team has a lot of innovative projects. Experience designing Gen AI and conversational experience is a plus, and you will also have an opportunity to learn on the job.
- Knowledge of research methods, particularly qualitative and desk research, as well as hands‑on experience with Service Design.
- Experience in consulting.
