What you’ll achieve

• Lead the design of end‑to‑end experiences for Asana products and features
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
• Champion product excellence and elevate the quality bar for our experience and our design system
• Work across the organization to ship experiences that are cohesive with the broader Asana product experience, ensuring your design scales
• Facilitate and role‑model human‑centered problem solving, fostering co‑creation across the organization
• Learn new methods to solve deeply complex problems in the service of inventing new ways to deliver our customer benefits: flow, efficiency, and engagement
• Help shape a product that is intuitive, elegant, and speaks from a unified voice

About you

• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies and a willingness to learn and leverage them
• 6+ years of experience in product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of shipping high‑quality interaction and interface design work
• Skilled at driving a human‑centered design process, communicating design work with solid rationale informed by research and data, and collaborating to ship end‑to‑end features at scale
• Experience designing and shipping web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications
• Creative problem‑solver embracing divergent and iterative methods to evolve concepts from raw ideas to polished designs
• Openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset
• Customer‑centric: elicit non‑obvious customer needs, synthesize research to gain deep understanding and narrow definition of a problem

Benefits of this role

The estimated base salary range is 24,000 – 31,000 PLN gross per month. Compensation may include equity and sales incentive pay. If you’re interviewing, speak with a Talent Acquisition Partner to learn more about the total compensation package.

Location and Work‑From‑Home policy

This role is based in our Warsaw office with a hybrid schedule: in‑office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. You may work from home on Wednesday. Working from home on Friday depends on the type of work you do.
