– Minimum: 2+ years of experience in Product Design (Mid level) or 4+ years of experience (Senior level)
– Proven experience in user interface design demonstrated by a strong portfolio
– Solid hands-on experience with the full UX design process and user research
– Ability to translate customer insights into actionable ideas, concepts, and products
– Practical experience working with and scaling a Design System
– Ability to deliver high-quality design assets
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions
– High proficiency in Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
– BA/BS degree in social sciences, interaction design, industrial design, or a related field
