Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Product Design team for a 3 months contract. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences across our platform. You will own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to prototyping, visual design, and delivery—ensuring our products are not only functional but delightful and impactful.

You are a strategic thinker who translates complex systems into simple, human-centered solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to drive clarity, alignment, and innovation across every stage of the product lifecycle.

Role Details

Role: Product Designer

Contract: 3 months

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery across multiple product surfaces.
• Translate complex systems into intuitive, elegant experiences for a diverse set of users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, define problems, and co-create solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, systems design, and polished UI work.
• Craft: High standards for visual and interaction design, with work valued by peers.
• Systems Thinking: Comfortable designing for complex, interconnected systems and scaling design across products.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams.
• User-Centered: Grounded in research and data, solving real user problems.
• Ownership: Proactive, self-directed, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• AI Fluency: Experience designing AI-powered features or workflows and making ML-driven solutions intuitive and valuable.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or data-heavy platforms.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.

Work from Office

This role requires you to operate from office all 4 days in a week.
