You can be the perfect match for us if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX, designing digital products gained in commercial projects
• Proven experience designing digital products for real clients
• Neat portfolio showing your skills, way of thinking, role, and process (something more than just Dribbble link)
• Good organizational skills - you can be your captain
• Ability to work with clients and as part of a team
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and patterns (mobile and web)
• You know Figma almost as good as your best friend
• Speak English and Polish with confidence and communicate easily (B2+)
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing

• You know how to make things move (motion, wow)
• Maybe you have some branding talents
• You can surprise us with beautiful illustrations or 3D
• By any chance, youre also a Webflow expert
• Experience in leading workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Guide and drive the complete product design journey, from research and concepts to UX, UI, and visual design, taking ownership every step of the way
• Present and defend design recommendations to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
• Educate clients on product design and assist them in creating exceptional products
• Create prototypes to validate your ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure we really improve user experience
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and existing data analysis
• Shape and maintain design systems and assets
• Organize and conduct design thinking sessions and workshops to solve problems and discover ideas
• Work closely with other designers and developers
• Follow and chase design trends
• Engage in internal discussions, sharing insights and expertise - your opinion matters
