In the Communications Integration team, you will be reimagining how Asana integrates with third-party communication tools to create a seamless future of collaboration. By contributing to this initiative, you will lay the foundation for Asana as the trusted source of truth for cross-team collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, allowing for innovation and excellence in design, ultimately making Asana as intuitive and delightful as possible for users globally.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features, ensuring a seamless, cohesive user journey.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify customer problems, establish vision, define strategy, and build and ship impactful solutions.
• Champion product excellence by elevating the quality of Asana’s design experience and contributing to the growth of our design system.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure that your designs scale effectively and align with the broader Asana product ecosystem.
• Facilitate and model human-centered problem-solving, fostering co-creation and alignment across teams.
• Experiment with new methods to solve deeply complex problems and invent innovative ways to deliver customer benefits such as flow, efficiency, and engagement.
• Shape an intuitive and elegant product that speaks with a unified, thoughtful voice.

About you

• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a track record of shipping high-quality interaction and interface design work.
• Experience working with third-party integrations or designing for communication tools like Slack, Teams, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Skilled in driving a human-centered design process, clearly communicating design decisions with solid rationale informed by research and data.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and ship end-to-end features at scale.
• Experience designing and shipping for web, desktop, and/or native mobile applications.
• A creative problem-solver who embraces divergent and iterative methods, evolving concepts from raw ideas into polished, elegant designs.
• Embody openness, curiosity, and a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and improve.
• Deeply customer-centric, with the ability to uncover non-obvious customer needs, synthesize research, and gain a deep understanding to define and address problems effectively.

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, were committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 24,917 PLN - 31,750 PLN (gross monthly). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
