responsibilities :
Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, etc. to define customers’ and the business’ problems
Identifying key metrics for the projects and taking ownership for achieving their success
Researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings for reaching complex company goals, such as launching in new territories and offering new features
Designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes
Running guerrilla and customer testing workshops
Implementing solutions with the Technical team and presenting actions during design reviews
Reviewing release performance, identifying learnings, and finding ways to enhance it
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience in designing world-class complex commercial apps in-house
A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
Impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms
The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and articulate design decisions
The ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions
The ability to take ownership of design process and work as self-directed member of the development team
High UX focus and understanding of human behaviour
Clean visual design sense
Skills in typography and grids
