responsibilities :
? Being a Product Designer at Boldare means:
Being part of a community of open-minded designers, developers and product people who care about building thoughtful, impactful digital products.
Designing real-world products for international clients – mostly startups, scale-ups and innovation labs.
Co-creating product strategy and discovery processes – not just executing tickets.
Working closely with developers and product leads to translate business needs into tested, user-friendly solutions.
Facilitating or supporting workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Proposing and validating hypotheses, experimenting with new tools and patterns (including AI-assisted design).
Learning continuously, getting real feedback, and sharing your own experience with the team.
Working in a flat structure where your voice matters and transparency is part of daily work.
requirements-expected :
2–3+ years of experience in product design – we’re looking for someone confident in both craft and collaboration.
A portfolio of web and/or mobile apps showing clear design decisions, logic and user-centered outcomes.
Proficiency in Figma, including working with or building design systems.
Solid grasp of UX strategy, user flows, information architecture, and behavioral design.
Experience collaborating with clients on product goals, roadmap, and prioritization.
A proactive mindset – you take ownership, suggest improvements, and stay aware of what’s happening across the team and product.
Experience working alongside developers and contributing to the daily delivery process.
Ability to work with data insights to guide design decisions, analyzing user behavior and feedback to refine features and enhance the user experience
Openness to supporting broader product development beyond design – e.g., with BA-style thinking or facilitation.
Polish and English fluency (min. B2).
Availability for hybrid work (1 day/week) or full remote with occasional travel.
