Role Summary
To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Product Designer with a passion for designing engaging onboarding journeys and AI‑powered user interactions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user and business research to create effective interfaces focusing on onboarding journeys.
- Gather and interpret user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audience.
- Create wireframes, layouts, and designs that meet user requirements and business goals, with strong creativity in UI to enhance onboarding flows and AI feature interactions.
- Adapt designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure design adherence to UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate concepts.
- Analyze user data and incorporate insights into design iterations.
- Define optimal navigation flows and interactions for websites and applications.
- Maintain design consistency and adhere to technical requirements during development.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably at tech startups with a heavy focus on UX.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user‑centered designs and successful projects.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools and a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience adapting designs for various devices and staying up to date with design trends.
- Strong analytical skills, including conducting user research and analyzing data.
