The role

We’re looking for a Product Designer (mid–senior) to join our small but mighty team. You’ll work end-to-end across the design lifecycle: from research and wireframing, to user testing, to high-fidelity UI and collaborating with engineering for delivery. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance creativity with technical excellence, helping evolve our design system and influence how design operates across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Own design projects from discovery through delivery across web and mobile
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Contribute to a culture of testing and user research, balancing delivery timelines with quality insights
• Help improve team processes and ways of working as we scale
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and best practice in design

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end product design
• Proficiency in Figma and confidence working with established design systems
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to help shape structure where needed
• An interest in accessibility, or at least a willingness to learn—we’ll support you

Bonus if you’re familiar with WCAG guidelines or designing in enterprise or B2B environments. We’re open to candidates from agency backgrounds too, as long as you’re excited about shipping real products.
