responsibilities :
Strengthen UX through visually compelling designs aligned with user needs and cognitive factors.
Ensure usability and visual coherence across digital products for web and mobile platforms.
Design final UI views and assets for diverse solutions, including e-commerce, onboarding portals, and mobile apps.
Research, develop, and implement design solutions for international fintech projects.
Create and present interaction concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
Conduct user research activities, test prototypes, uncover unmet needs, and iterate design solutions accordingly.
Translate research insights into customer-centric products tailored to merchant and financial institution requirements.
Analyze usability test results and research findings to recommend optimal design solutions.
Stay updated on UX/UI trends and incorporate emerging technologies into design practices.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful design assets.
requirements-expected :
2+ years of experience in product design within digital or fintech environments.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating user interface and experience design expertise.
Deep understanding of user research and UX/UI design processes.
Hands-on experience with Figma; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Skill in translating customer insights into innovative ideas and products.
Experience working with and expanding Design Systems.
Ability to produce polished, high-quality design assets.
Fluent English&Polish in both spoken and written communication.
