Must-have

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile)
• Portfolio showcasing shipped product work and your design process
• Strong skills in UI design, layout, typography and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing responsive interfaces
• Solid understanding of UX principles and product design process
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and product teams
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
• Very good English (we work internationally)

Nice to have

• Motion / interaction design
• Basic HTML / CSS understanding
• Experience working in product teams or software houses
