Join Full Stack House as a Product Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for digital products that people actually love using.

The position is hybrid — remote with flexible hours, but wed love you to join us 1-2 days a week in our Poznań office for collaboration and team syncs.

Salary: 8.000 - 16.400 PLN / month (50 - 100 PLN / hour). Contract type: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) or VAT invoice (B2B).

• Avoid AI and automation — we actively use AI tools to work smarter, and were looking for someone excited to do the same
• Are looking for a "chill" gig — were a small team where everyones contribution matters; we need people who genuinely engage with their work
• Prefer staying in your comfort zone — we value curiosity and continuous learning, and we expect you to grow with us
• Focus only on aesthetics — beautiful pixels are great, but understanding the clients goals and users needs comes first
• Take feedback personally — designs get challenged, clients change their minds, and thats part of the process. We need someone who can iterate gracefully, propose alternatives, and explain their reasoning — not someone who shuts down or walks away

About the Projects

Youll work on diverse projects across different industries — from subscription-based e-learning platforms to SaaS tools and mobile applications. Our current focus includes:

• An e-learning platform for students preparing for standardized tests — featuring video courses, guided learning paths, practice exercises, and AI-powered recommendations
• Our own sports-focused SaaS application for organising tournaments and rankings
• Various client projects ranging from MVPs for startups to feature expansions for established products

Hiring Process

We keep it simple — one 60-90 minute interview that includes:

• A conversation about your experience and portfolio
• A short design exercise or case study discussion
• Q&A about the role and our projects

Our perfect match would have:

• Experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (web and/or mobile)
• Proficiency in Figma — our primary design tool
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
• Experience with design systems and component-based design thinking
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken) — we work with international clients
• Collaborative mindset — you enjoy working closely with developers and product owners
• Problem-solving attitude — you dig deeper to understand the "why" behind design decisions

Nice to have:

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Experience in SaaS, e-learning, or media products
